★ Terms Of Service ★

  • Payment via Paypal only.

  • I will start your commission after payment is fully sent, once the payment is done I'll add you to the waiting list.

  • The final product is for personal use ONLY (upload it to your personal websites, decoration, etc.).

  • COMMERCIAL USE IS 2 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE, MERCHANDISING IS x3 (Commercial use applies if the drawing will be used for Twitch, Youtube, or whatever public page for promotional or advertising purposes).

  • Do NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit if the commission is only for personal use.

  • I have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints), unless you would like your commission to not be public in the Order form.

  • I have the right to refuse the commission if I can't fulfill the standards.

  • Be specific with your commission.

  • I’ll send you sketches to confirm if you are satisfied with the pose/expressions/etc.

  • You can ask for minor modifications in the case i miss a detail or characteristic of your reference.

  • I will send you the full resolution picture (by email or dA stash).

  • Please be patient i'm a university student, it would take me a month or two depending on the complexity and the order of your commission (you can check how your commission is going in the "progress list"). I'll always try to have it ready as soon as possible.

  • If you want a commission made in a specific period of time, it will cost extra.

  • In case you might need to cancel the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give a complete refund.

  • All payments will be made as an invoice.

  • The payment of any commission will be in advance.

  • I won’t accept payment through any other means

  • Complex characters or too detailed will be charged between 10 to 15 extra USD. According to their complexity.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all of the below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.
